1 Introduction

Welcome to 8det, Pakistan's premier online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 8det.org. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8det ("we", "us", "the Platform") and govern every aspect of your access to and use of the 8det website, mobile interface, games, wagering services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the platform.

By completing the 8det registration process, by logging into an existing account, or by otherwise accessing any part of the 8det platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, access, or use 8det.

8det reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of 8det following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of 8det is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8det strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point during your use of the platform and will be required before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be accessing 8det from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 8det or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from 8det or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be on any national or international self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 8det services, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules apply to all 8det accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8det. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your 8det account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Pakistani phone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8det username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 8det will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8det support immediately via the live chat facility available on the platform.
• KYC Verification: 8det may require you to submit identity verification documents (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

8det reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Payments

8det accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods:

• JazzCash — real-time mobile wallet deposit
• EasyPaisa — real-time mobile wallet deposit
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking compatible transfer
• Additional Pakistani bank partners as notified on the platform from time to time

The minimum deposit amount on 8det is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 8det, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, for which 8det accepts no responsibility.

8det does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may levy charges for certain transaction types, and those charges are solely your responsibility. 8det accepts no liability for failed transactions caused by issues on the payment provider's side, including technical outages, account restrictions, or insufficient funds.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their 8det account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before the associated winnings can be included in a withdrawal request.
• 8det targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during business hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed on a same-day basis. These timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed.
• 8det reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified where such checks are being conducted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8det offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and in the specific promotional terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses will expire and will not be reinstated.
• 8det reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, provided that such action will not adversely affect a player's ability to satisfy a wagering requirement already in progress.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting system errors, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. 8det uses a range of technical and manual methods to detect duplicate bonus claims.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 8det — whether on cricket, PSL, live casino, slots, fishing games, or any other product — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. 8det does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, 8det reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Where there is a discrepancy between the odds or payout displayed on-screen and the correct odds or payout resulting from a platform error, 8det reserves the right to settle all bets at the correct odds, regardless of what was shown at the time of placement.
• 8det does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 8det's control may result in temporary unavailability of services.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These are displayed within the game interface and may be updated at 8det's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8det and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting the platform's rules.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using 8det as a conduit for transferring funds.
• Fraudulently obtaining bonuses or promotions, including by creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or manipulating wagering patterns in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with 8det's technical infrastructure, including through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or the introduction of malicious code.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during the KYC process.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 8det account, including a family member, friend, or associate.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 8det platform — including but not limited to the 8det name, logo, graphical assets, software, game designs, text, data, databases, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 8det or is licensed to 8det by third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8det platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 8det content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the 8det platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from 8det content.
• Use the 8det brand name, logo, or any associated marks for commercial purposes or in any context that could imply an endorsement or affiliation with 8det without explicit written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8det's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 8det account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8det expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or interruptions to the platform that are beyond 8det's reasonable control.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failed transactions initiated by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking partner.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the platform where such information contains an error or is subject to revision.
• Losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the account security obligations set out in Section 3.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8det's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

8det is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. As part of this commitment, the following tools and protections are available to all registered 8det players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your 8det account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 8det for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to re-register.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts that display the duration of your current session and your net position for the session.

8det does not permit players who have self-excluded to re-register under a new account or a different identity. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.

12 Amendments to These Terms

8det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 8det will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates necessitated by regulatory requirements) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of 8det following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 8det holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8det platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 1 – Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint to 8det support via the live chat facility. 8det will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalated Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to 8det's compliance team. A written response will be issued within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – External Dispute Resolution: Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 8det's licensing authority. Details of the designated ADR provider are available upon request from 8det support.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
